• All charges shall be paid in full upon check out and before pets are released. 
• Application of flea, ticks & mite prevention products is compulsory upon check in. Vaccination of dogs is compulsory for day care and boarding.
• Hailies Choice Pet Services reserved the right to not accept any dogs with flea, ticks, mite, illness, injury and any signs of aggression.
• Hailies Choice Pet Services shall not hold responsible for any lost, escaped pets, illness and death whilst pets are being boarded.
• Pet owners are in consent to any emergency medical care required by boarders and shall be responsible to pay for such emergencies.
• Unpaid for or uncollected pets will be disposed off as abandoned pets after 15 days from date of payment. Hailies Choice Pet Services is then released of their responsibilities for the pets boarded under these terms.Hailies Choice Pet Services reserves the sole right to do as they deem thereafter without further notice. 
• Hailies Choice Pet Services reserved the right to not accept any restricted and banned dogs breeds for boarding, day care and grooming services.
• Hailies Choice Pet Services reserve the right for reproduction, use, advertising and marketing materials for any videos and photos taken. 
• Payments are non refundable.
• All above terms must be agreed before boarding. Acceptance of boarding is acceptance of all the terms above.
